How A Simple Chrome Plugin Can Save You Hours Of Your Day!
The Video Speed Controller lets you speed up or slow down all HTML5 videos. This means Youtube videos and videos on social media.
The plugin places a speed indicator at the top left of the video you’re watching. You can hover over the indicator to control the speed or control it right from your keyboard. It’s intuitive and easy-to-use.
When you use this plugin to listen to instructional videos you can adjust the pace so there’s no wasted time. Speed up the video when the speaker is talking too slow or stumbling over their words.
If you listened to something that was too fast to catch it’s no problem. You can also slow down the video or rewind when you need it. I find that listening to the video at 2x speed is perfect for me. You should experiment to find out what works best for you.
This plugin is an incredible time saver. It’s also easy to install.
How To Get The Time-saving Plugin
Video Speed Controller is for Google Chrome. All you have to do is go to the Chrome Web Store and search for the plugin.
In the search bar type in “video speed controller”. It’ll pop up as a productivity extension.
Once you’ve found it, install the plugin and restart your computer when it’s finished. Pull up a video to test it out and make sure the plugin was installed properly.
